Charter Day Weekend
Plan June’s welcome gathering, shared stories and family cookout. Coordinate with the Community Service committee on how proposed service events fit into the weekend.
Community Service
Create and plan meaningful community service events and opportunities for the celebration. Led by its own chairs, this committee will develop event concepts, community partnerships, proposed budgets and execution plans, coordinating with the weekend teams. No event or partner is confirmed.
Homecoming & Tailgate
Shape the tailgate and other Homecoming gatherings, including campus coordination, hospitality and game-day logistics.
Scholarship Gala
Shape the proposed gala, including venue and vendor coordination, guest experience, the program and awards. Coordinate the proposed Museum with the history and archives team.
History, Archives & Oral Stories
Help plan how we preserve and share Xi Iota’s history, including the proposed Museum.
Sponsorship, Finance & Compliance
Help develop the budget and proposed sponsorship opportunities for Brothers, Lines, families and businesses. Support the financial planning needed as the independent alumni association takes shape, with scholarship criteria, administration and sponsorship opportunities to be approved before fundraising begins. No contributions are being accepted at this stage.

Guide registration, travel, hospitality, photography and the digital experience.

The initial discovery call has concluded, and the planning effort now moves into its next phase.
Venues, pricing and the event schedule remain unconfirmed. Those elements remain proposals until planning, budgets and approvals are complete.

Information submitted through the interest form will support Xi Iota 50 planning and help build the Xi Iota Alumni Directory for future outreach, fellowship opportunities and brotherly connection. Updates will be shared through GroupMe and by email as Brothers provide their contact information.
Contact details are for designated organizers to use for outreach. Sharing your details in a directory accessible to other verified Brothers is optional and requires your separate permission. You can receive updates and take part in planning without agreeing to share your contact details with other Brothers.

What happens next? A summary of decisions, open questions and next steps from the discovery call will be shared through GroupMe and by email.
