The proposed experience

Two weekends.
One story.

These are developed starting ideas—not a finished schedule. Charter Day could offer a smaller, more intimate gathering; Homecoming could create the larger return. Brothers will help decide what belongs in each weekend.

Status of the plan

Built to discuss.
Not decided.

We have done enough work to give Brothers something concrete to respond to—not to make the decisions for them. Every experience below begins as a proposal.

01Proposed

On the table for feedback.

02In development

Supported and being explored.

03Confirmed

Approved, contracted and ready for registration.

June 15–16, 2029

Charter Day Weekend

The starting concept uses Friday and Saturday to honor the June 16 charter date while leaving Father’s Day Sunday open for family.

Friday evening · Proposed

The Return

A casual Friday night with food, conversation and a decade roll call so Brothers can reconnect without a formal program.

Saturday morning · Proposed

Service & Stories

A morning service project followed by time to record oral histories and collect photographs, programs and other chapter materials.

UCF Homecoming · Fall 2029

The Signature Reunion

The larger concept is timed to UCF Homecoming and could welcome Brothers, families, friends and invited guests.

Saturday · Proposed

Brothers & Friends Tailgate

A Saturday gathering before the UCF Homecoming game for Brothers, families, friends and invited supporters.

Sunday · Proposed

Farewell Brunch

A relaxed Sunday closeout with fellowship and an update on the work planned beyond the anniversary.

Additional ideas on the table

Also under
consideration.

These ideas are not part of a final schedule. Some may stand alone; others may work better as part of the cookout, scholarship gala or brunch.

The interest form will tell us which are worth the time, cost and coordination.

  1. Campus Legacy Tour

A guided return to meaningful UCF landmarks, enriched by stories from Brothers across the decades.

  2. Brothers-Only Forum

A closed conversation about mentorship, stewardship and what the next fifty years should build.

  3. Decade & Line Portraits

Coordinated portraits, roll calls and dedicated space for lines and eras to reconnect.

  4. Memorial Tribute

A dignified remembrance of Brothers who have entered Omega Chapter.

  5. Golf & Leisure Fellowship

An optional pre-weekend outing for Brothers seeking additional time together.

  6. Future Impact Moment

A focused conversation about scholarship priorities, mentorship and what Brothers want the next fifty years to build.

The question for BrothersWhat should make the final cut?
Share Your Priorities

Nothing here is final yet. The events, flow and execution will be shaped by feedback from Brothers, the planning team that forms, venue and vendor availability, contracts and available funds. An idea moves forward only after it has support and the people needed to execute it well.
